All orders are subject to the following shipping and handling charges, based on the total value of your order. All shipments outside the contiguous United States and large truck orders are subject to additional charges.

All orders (except back orders) are shipped within 48 hours of receipt. EXPEDITED/RUSH SERVICES IS AVAILABLE. Please call for details.
We will select a delivery service for your order. We normally use the United States Post Office or UPS. Please advise us if you require a special carrier. Any Next Day and Second Day shipping charges (at Customer's request) will be added to your order when it is processed at our office.
Large seed/supply orders shipped by truck are subject to additional charges.
Additional charges may occur on some items where noted and for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
IMPORTANT: We need your complete parcel delivery address for prompt delivery of your order. If you have a P.O. Box, make sure you give us your street number as well. If your shipping address is different than your billing address, please be sure to fill out both sections on the ordering page.
PRODUCTS SHIPPED DIRECT FROM MANUFACTURERS:
Please note that certain hard goods products (examples are: light stands and large rolls of plastic mulch) may be shipped separately from other products you have ordered. Thus, your order may arrive in more than one package and shipped from more than one location. We suggest that you please allow a few extra days for receipt of your entire order.
